The clinic application is a fully-featured customer relationship management tool that helps the clinic to keep in touch with their client base and also help increasing your existing client base. Over the years there has been a rapid increase in the number of clinics and the clinics are employing a number of marketing strategies to hold onto their existing clients, while increasing their client base.

The Clinic Customer Relationship Management is an invaluable marketing tool that offers the following features:

PUSH NOTIFICATION

The application provides an easy to use backend admin interface, through which you can send promotional offers, company announcements and others to keep in touch with your client base on the go and help them avail special offers.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

The application provides an easy to use interface, where the user can choose between different clinic location, the date and then the specialty. The doctors available for each specialty will be displayed and the user can view their profile and book their appointments. There is no more standing in long queue to schedule appointments and saves reception staff time enabling them to deal with other tasks.

MANUAL AND AUTOMATED BOOKINGS

The application provides 2 options – manual or automated bookings. In manual bookings, the receptionist receives the booking details and then confirms the user as to whether the selected time slots are available.

Automated bookings checks the available time for each doctors and only shows the user that the time slots that are available for booking.

*Note: the application can have either manual or automated booking feature as per individual clinic’ requirement

BOOKING CANCELLATION

The user has the option to cancel the booking.

SPECIALTY OFFERINGS

The user can check the specialty offering for the clinic and also the doctor’s available for each of the specialty offering.

DOCTOR’S PROFILES

The user can check the doctor’s photos, credentials, descriptions, time of operation and also have the option to book the doctor from the doctor’s profile itself. The user can also check the reviews left by other patients for the doctor.

FORWARD TO A FRIEND

This feature will help to increase your existing client base. If a user is satisfied with your service, they can forward your clinic’s details to their friends and families.

The notification sent to user will also contain a forward to friend feature, where they can forward any promotional feature to their friend and families.

CLINIC LOCATION

The user can see the exact location of the clinic and also get directions to reach the clinic.

VIDEO GALLERY

The video gallery will have the videos listed of the clinic, doctor interviews and others

Note: The videos need to be uploaded on YouTube and the feed will be shown in the application.

PHOTO GALLERY

The photo gallery will have the videos listed of the clinic, doctor interviews and others.

TESTIMONIALS/REVIEWS

This section details the testimonials/reviews left by patients. The system sends the new patients an email or text asking them to rate their experience with an option to share the same on top tier review sites if the rating is 4 or above. The positive rating will also be posted in the app review page. If the rating is below 4, the same will be stored in the admin for further follow up with the patient.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The user can check the clinic’s social media profile and “Like” the same. This will promote the clinic’s name in their friend’s profile in the social media.

CONTACT

The application provide ways to contact with clinic either by mail, phone or contact form.
